Neo environment variables (generated)
Every NEO_* runtime variable Neo reads, one row per entry, generated from the ENV_SETTINGS registry. The hand-written ../user/env-vars.md wraps this same table in narrative prose (parse- convention legend, default-on capabilities, config bridge); this file is the bare inventory.
